The work

VivaVilla aggregates smart home appliances under one brand and grows by franchise. We handled the social media, and the harder half: finding people with capital who wanted to open one. Franchise buyers are a tiny audience and every competitor pitches them the same brochure, so the ads were built to look nothing like a franchise ad — the kind of creative that makes someone stop and ask what this is before they realise they are being sold a business.

Eight franchise deals came off ₹40,000 of ad spend in total — about ₹5,000 of media per signed franchisee, on a decision that costs the buyer lakhs. Small budgets, moved precisely, is the whole method.
