The work
Branding, social media, performance marketing and operations consultancy — four jobs that are usually four suppliers. Running them together is the whole argument of this portfolio: a clinic's ads are worthless if the front desk cannot absorb the appointments they book.

Why it matters here
This is also the account that explains ELTH. Consulting on how a clinic actually runs — the departments, the handovers, the paperwork nobody has time for — is what a clinic operating system has to be designed from. I had seen the problem from the inside before we built the product.
