Impact overview

  • Five events, twenty people a nightRoughly ₹25,000 in revenue per event at about ₹1,250 a head — a room that wants to be there, in a venue that wants it full.
  • Built on venue partnershipsSmall-format by design: the venue supplies the space, the brand supplies the crowd, and the economics work at twenty people.
  • Advisor and operations supportA close friend's brand. My half was the operating side — the pricing, the night itself, and what to do next.

01

The model

An offline community and events brand running on a venue-partnership model, with recurring formats rather than one-off shows. I hold operations, brand and strategy — in practice that means venue economics, partner pitching, and deciding which formats deserve to be repeated.

02

Where it stands

Five events so far, around twenty people each, at roughly ₹25,000 of revenue per event — about ₹1,250 a head.

That is deliberately the opposite end of the scale from the marathon. A room of twenty either works or is obviously not worth repeating, and you find out the same evening. Running both a 6,000-person race and a 20-person format has taught me they are not the same job: one is dependency management against a fixed date, the other is unit economics you can re-test every month.
